1. Promoter
The promoter is The Stitchers Merchant, ABN 57 195 529 129.
2. Promotion Overview
Each month, The Stitchers Merchant offers one eligible customer the chance to win back the value of their order as a The Stitchers Merchant digital gift card, up to a maximum value of $100 AUD.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to customers worldwide who:
- Place and pay for an eligible order through The Stitchers Merchant website during the relevant calendar month.
- Are subscribed to The Stitchers Merchant email mailing list using the same email address associated with their order.
Both new and existing subscribers are eligible.
4. Promotion Period
Each monthly promotion commences at 12:00 am on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 11:59 pm on the final day of that month, Australian Eastern local time (AEST or AEDT, as applicable).
5. How to Enter
Customers who meet the eligibility requirements will automatically receive one entry per eligible website order placed during the month.
There is no minimum order value and no additional entry fee.
6. Eligible Orders
Only genuine, paid website orders are eligible.
Cancelled, fraudulent or fully refunded orders may be excluded, subject to applicable law.
The gift card prize will be calculated using the amount paid for products after discounts, excluding shipping charges.
7. Prize
One winner will receive a The Stitchers Merchant digital gift card equal to the eligible value of their winning order, up to a maximum of $100 AUD.
For example:
- An eligible order valued at $45 will receive a $45 gift card.
- An eligible order valued at $150 will receive a $100 gift card.
The gift card is not redeemable for cash and will be valid for three years from the date of issue.
The gift card may be used towards eligible purchases through The Stitchers Merchant website, including shipping charges where supported at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges associated with their purchases.
8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant calendar month.
The draw will take place on the fifth business day of the following month at The Stitchers Merchant's business premises in NSW, Australia.
Each eligible order will have an equal chance of winning.
9. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be contacted by email using the address associated with their eligible order within two business days of the draw.
The winner's first name, surname initial and country (or Australian state, where applicable) may be published on The Stitchers Merchant website, Instagram and Facebook accounts, subject to applicable law and consent where required.
Where required by law, the winning entry number or other legally required details will be published.
The result will remain available on The Stitchers Merchant website for at least 28 days following the announcement.
10. Unclaimed Prizes
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
Unclaimed prizes and any necessary redraws will be handled in accordance with applicable trade promotion laws.
11. Email Subscription and Privacy
Entrants must be subscribed to The Stitchers Merchant mailing list to qualify for the promotion.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.
Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and publish the result as described in these terms, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and The Stitchers Merchant's privacy policy.
12. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and exclude fraudulent entries, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The Promoter may amend or discontinue future monthly promotions, subject to applicable laws and without affecting prizes already awarded or obligations arising from promotions already commenced.
