Heartstring Samplery - Merry Birds

From Beth: I created this pincushion set out of the most cheerful and sparkly threads possible, depicting some of my favorite Winter birds doing some of the most iconic of holiday activities, and found myself soothed and delighted all season as I placed my stitches. An English Robin with a wagon full of Holly, a Nuthatch bedecking a garland with Tinsel, a Chickadee filling a Stocking with wonderful things, and a Woodpecker slicing up some delicious-looking Fruitcake. I hope you find these designs equally cheering as you fill your heart and home with festive trimmings. Hold onto the sparkle and joy, my friends!

All four pincushions can be fit onto a fat quarter piece of fabric with care given to margins. 

If you prefer to stitch in a hoop or frame, or if you are planning to stitch on a lower count of linen, you may want to consider a larger piece.
