Presenting Susan Little 1844

Susan Little 1844 is a beautiful reproduction sampler from the studio of NeedleWork Press. The design features two graceful birds flanking a central rose, complemented by smaller birds and flowers, two maidens, hearts and trees, butterflies, and a charming berry basket. A truly distinctive wandering floral border frames the sampler, adding movement and character to this timeless piece. The model was stitched on 40ct Valley Forge linen using Classic Colorworks Belle Soie.

Stitchers may choose between two verse options:

Over one option:
Tis a point I long to know, oft it causes anxious thought.

Model Fabric: Valley Forge by Needle and Flax, available in the following options:

• 16 count Aida (Fat Half)
• 32 count Linen (Fat Half)
• 36 count Linen (Fat Quarter)
• 40 count Linen (Fat Quarter)
• 46 count Linen (Fat Quarter)

Threads:

Kits include a carefully curated selection of hand-dyed threads, with quantities calculated to fully support your chosen fabric count. You may choose between Classic Colorworks Belle Soie silk or Classic Colorworks over-dyed cottons. Thread quantities are based on stitching with one strand on 46/40/36 count fabrics and two strands on 32/16 count fabrics.

Each full kit includes:

• Pattern booklet
• Fabric
• Floss
• An exclusive stitching tray featuring the top bird/tree motif from the sampler
